Bookings & Time Allowance:

All bookings include a 15-minute grace period before and after your allocated time for arrival and pack down.

Set up and pack down must be included within your booked hours.

If your booking runs over the allocated time, additional hours will be charged and invoiced at the applicable hourly rate.

Rates & Crew Size:

Hourly rates are based on total crew numbers on site:

Minimum 4 hours
• Up to 10 people: $200 per hour
• 10–15 people: $250 per hour
• 15–20 people: $300 per hour

Please advise accurate crew numbers prior to your booking.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional time, damages or extra charges will be invoiced after the booking and are payable within 7 days.

Recce / Site Visits:

Recces may incur a fee depending on duration and availability. Please enquire prior to booking.

Cancellations & Weather:

Bookings may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a credit.

After this period, cancellations or changes are subject to availability.
Weather rescheduling options are available where possible.

Bond, Liability & Damage:

A bond may be required prior to your booking.

The booking party is responsible for:

• Any damage to property, furnishings or styling
• Loss or breakage during hire
• Conduct of crew and guests onsite

Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond or invoiced.

Public liability insurance is strongly recommended for commercial productions.

Use of Space:

Access is limited to approved areas only.
Upstairs access is restricted to one designated bedroom unless prior approval is given.

Please respect the home and neighbouring properties at all times.

Parking & Access:

Equipment unloading may be done via the driveway.
All vehicles must be parked on the street or within the court area, not in the driveway.

Clean Up:

All rubbish must be removed from the property at the end of your booking.
Please leave the space as you found it.

Natural Light & Best Shooting Times:

Lighting changes throughout the day:

• Side deck: soft light most of the day, beautiful morning sun
• Front of house: best in the afternoon

We recommend planning your shoot schedule around natural light conditions.

Summer Sun:

Deck - morning till 3pm

Front Deck - 11am till 6pm

Pool - 10am till 4/5pm

Winter Sun:

Deck - morning till 12pm

Front deck - 1pm till 4pm

Pool - 2pm till 4pm
